Wirecom Technologies is a positive energy office building. This company is specialized in energy management. The building combines traditionnal techniques and new technologies. Aerothermal and geothermal energies as well as photovoltaic panels to support the bioclimatic architecture, which reaches the 14 HEQ (High environmental quality) targets. The glass construction which surrounds office buildings is made of MECANO curtain wall with transoms fixed on the metallic structure. Vertical EPDM gasket and double glazing 4.16.4. Absys doors.
