This residential area “Parc de Strasbourg” in Brest was achieved during spring 2013, matching with the new tramway launch.
The building is in the city center, on a busy shopping street named Jean Jaures. Many shops are surrounding the building and on the lower floor is a private parking.
Designed in a U shape, the building is nearly 7,000 m², there are 93 apartments from T1 to T6 and some upper duplex have sea views and spacious terraces. On another side, there are offices on the first and second floor. In the middle of the buildings, there is a private garden of 3900 m² and an underground public parking that invites to travel by tram.
