- Scandic Havet Hotel has become a landmark for Bodø and rises 18 floors over the ground.
- The building is Northern Norways highest building and biggest conference hotel.
- The hotel tower is covered with the unitised facade WICTEC 50 EL with integrated, openable WICLINE 75 evo windows. For the top and lower floors the curtain wall WICTEC 50 was used.
- The building covers an area of 7 960 m2 and was ready in 2014.
